 Registered Nutritional Therapist

Butterfly watercolour logo double b.png

I trained as a Nutritional Therapist after becoming interested in the benefits that food and nutrition could have on supporting the health outcomes of the groups of people I worked with, particularly in relation to mental and emotional health.

I have enjoyed working with mental health practitioners both in and out of the NHS in my role as a Mental Health and Wellbeing specialist for the Manchester Healthy Schools Team, and have extensive experience of  developing and delivering various training packages.

I focus on providing one-to-one personalised nutrition and supporting people to get to the root cause of their health concerns by carrying out functional testing where necessary and addressing nutrient imbalances.

I also have a keen interest in workplace wellbeing and support staff teams to build resilience, reduce stress and address common dietary and lifestyle mistakes that can lead to fluctuating energy levels and lowered immunity.

I am is a fully qualified Registered Nutritional Therapist, a member of the The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), the professional body for Registered Nutritional Therapists, and am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the UK voluntary regulator for complementary therapists. BA (Hons), Dip NT (CNM), mBANT, CNHC.
