Join our Calming Your Inner Critic Course and start your journey to a more peaceful and confident mindset. Our 6 session course is ideal for those of us who notice self-criticism or self-doubt creeping into our personal and work life. Our psychologists will help you understand your experiences, and develop a more self-compassionate approach to your needs. Through a mixture of progressive psychological teaching, mindfulness, imagery, compassion-focused practices, and group discussion you’ll be equipped with the tools and support you need to calm your inner critic and thrive. Join us for a taster session, to talk about the benefits of giving yourself a restorative hour of small group learning for 6 weeks this summer. Cancellation Policy
For 5 session courses, please book with as much notice as possible in order to secure your preferred appointment slot (minimum 48hrs in advance) . We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellation to avoid full payment for the session. We will assume that you will be attending weekly for the course unless you tell us otherwise.
