Yoga Therapy for Stress & Burnout
Service Description
This restorative Yoga therapy course will demonstrate how to regulate your stress-response through movement, meditation & rest. You will identify your top three take aways to start improving your relationship with stress and you'll be provided with a practice sheet of a 'simple yoga sequence' to take home. With a special focus on helping you to… Sleep better Build resilience to stress Balance mood and emotional states Regulate your nervous system Restore depleted energy reserves Find mental clarity & enhance concentration Improve circulation, respiration and digestion Ease tension, manage pain & improve joint mobility No experience of yoga or flexibility required! This 8 session course will help you gain valuable insight into the knowledge, tools and resources to repair you own natural ability to calm your nervous system. Cancellation Policy
For 5 session courses, please book with as much notice as possible in order to secure your preferred appointment slot (minimum 48hrs in advance) . We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellation to avoid full payment for the session. We will assume that you will be attending weekly for the course unless you tell us otherwise.
