Yoga Therapy for Sleep Recovery
Service Description
Many people find their relationship with sleep changes when they’re stressed or becoming burnt out. Our specialist yoga therapist will take you through practices and habits to find more restorative sleep and daytime energy. Is this for me? If you're suffering from insomnia or interrupted sleep, or waking up feeling un-refreshed, you're not alone. This compassionate and practical, yoga based guide to recovering your sleep helps you to repair the physical, mental, emotional and energetic habits that may be sabotaging your sleep. No experience of yoga or flexibility required! This 8 session course will help you gain valuable insight into the knowledge, tools and resources to repair you own natural ability to rest. During this session you will identify your top take aways to start improving your sleep and you'll be provided with a practice sheet of the 'simple sleep sequence' to take home. Cancellation Policy
For 5 session courses, please book with as much notice as possible in order to secure your preferred appointment slot (minimum 48hrs in advance) . We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellation to avoid full payment for the session. We will assume that you will be attending weekly for the course unless you tell us otherwise.
